The
100E, 150E and 200E single product Hydrasanders are used for dewatering
and removing the silt content from washed sand. The large diameter
bucket wheel, long fines recovery spiral and low power requirements
enables these units to be both efficient and cost-effective. Concrete,
building, mason and plaster sands can be produced. Tailings can also
be dewatered.

- Hydrasander - Twin Product
The
Finlay 150TP Hydrasander provides two sands from the one unit. The
model requires two separate sand slurry flows into the Hydrasander
and are dewatered as separate products, typically a concrete sand
and a finer building grade sand.

Washing
- Hydrasander - Sand Clasification
The
Finlay 252E Hydrasander is a specialist in sand classification. Its
unique dual flow recovery spirals enable the operator to seperate
two products in the settling tank – typically a concrete specified
sand and a secondary fine product. The system consists of three recovery
spirals with variable speed and direction control. Water pressure
jets which agitate the sand in selected areas also enables better
classification. This flexibility allows the operator to meet various
sand and market specifications.
